Starting Point - Arequipa
January to December
Between 14:00 and 14:30 hrs., hotel pick-up to begin the city tour at the Yanahuara Viewpoint, with its sillar stone arches framing the imposing silhouette of El Misti. We then continue to the Carmen Alto Viewpoint, where the Chili River winds through green agricultural terraces. The fresh air and panoramic views remind us that Arequipa is a place where agricultural heritage and modern life coexist.
We return to the city center to visit the Santa Catalina Monastery, a true city within a city. Its narrow stone streets, walls painted in deep blue and intense red tones, and silent courtyards transport visitors to another era. It feels like walking through a living history book—a former cloistered space that now opens its secrets to visitors.
Next, we continue to the Plaza de Armas of Arequipa, considered one of the most beautiful squares in Peru. We also visit the Jesuit Church of the Company, its cloisters and dome, and, as an example of colonial architecture, the Tristán del Pozo Mansion.
Return to the hotel at approximately 17:00 hrs.
Overnight accommodation in Arequipa.
Passenger pick-up between 07:30 and 08:00 hrs. Departure from Arequipa toward the Colca Valley via the Yura route, Pampa Cañahua, and the Salinas and Aguada Blanca National Reserve, with opportunities for vicuña sightings along the way.

On the return journey, we will stop in the towns of Maca and Yanque, known for their beautiful colonial churches, as well as at the viewpoints of Antahuilque Viewpoint, Huayrapunko, and Peña Blanca, from where we can appreciate the stunning landscapes of the Colca Valley with its impressive pre-Inca agricultural terraces.

Between 07:00 and 07:30 hrs., pick-up from your hotel to experience a journey across the highest navigable lake in the world. A guide awaits you at the port and invites you to board the boat that will navigate Lake Titicaca.
The engine starts, and the boat makes its way through calm waters. Gradually, in the distance, small floating islands made of totora reeds appear—these are the Uros Floating Islands.
Upon arrival, the local inhabitants welcome you with smiles and colorful traditional clothing. They share the story of how their ancestors built the islands using layers of totora reeds and how, even today, they regularly renew them to keep the islands from sinking. You walk across the soft ground, hearing the gentle crackle of the reeds beneath your feet. Families show you their homes, their way of life, and even invite you to take a ride on the famous totora reed boats.
After the visit, the guide announces that the adventure continues. You return to the boat and head toward Taquile Island, with a boat journey of nearly two hours.
You disembark and begin an ascent along a path surrounded by green agricultural terraces and wildflowers. At the main square, the locals welcome you with music and explain their community organization—on Taquile, everyone participates in the social and economic life of the island. Lunch is served overlooking the lake: hot quinoa soup, fresh trout, and muña herbal tea.
After the visit, the guide announces the return. You board the boat with the feeling of having experienced a day filled with culture, landscapes, and living traditions.

We then leave the city center to ascend toward the archaeological remains overlooking Cusco. Our first stop is Sacsayhuamán, the fortress of cyclopean stone blocks, so massive they seem to have been carved by giants.
We continue to Qenqo, a ceremonial center where stone passageways once guarded the secrets of ancient rituals. Finally, at Tambomachay, the gentle murmur of water fountains speaks of the sacred connection between the Incas and nature.
